I have been a Trustee for Middlesex Learning Trust since 2022. I am Chair of the Standards and Students Committee and Link SEND Trustee.

My background: Androulla Nicou is an experienced teacher and school leader with over 33 years in the profession.  Following her work in schools as an educationalist  she moved to executive leadership roles in Multi Academy Trusts.  She has held roles from Chief Operations Officer, Chief Finance Officer  and is now a CEO of a medium sized Trust. She is a strong believer in the power of excellent education and is passionate about ensuring all pupils maximise their achievements.
