I joined Middlesex Learning Trust as a Trustee at the beginning of 2023.

Background:

I have spent 30 years working in education: most of that time in schools taking up roles from teacher, head of subject, deputy headteacher and, latterly, as a headteacher of a large 11-19 comprehensive school for 10 years. Following my work in schools I worked as Director of Education for Hackney Council for ten years. I also have experience of Ofsted inspection, school governance and trusteeship. I now do interim and consultancy work in education for parts of the year.
