I became a Trustee of the Middlesex Learning Trust in 2025 and I am a member of the Personnel Committee. 

My background: I started my career as a secondary French teacher in Yorkshire and the Humber before moving to France to teach English to young people and adults. I then transitioned into the education charity sector, where I first worked at The Brilliant Club, a university access charity. 

I am currently Head of Programmes and Networks at Challenge Partners, a charity dedicated to reducing educational inequality by driving school and trust improvement through system-wide collaboration. In this role, I oversee the delivery of a range of national programmes to over 500 schools and 100 trusts.
