Morgan joined The Compton School in 2015 as a Business Studies teacher and has also held the roles of Key Stage 5 Leader and more recently that of Assistant Headteacher. He helped the Sixth Form to achieve an outstanding grade in its first Ofsted inspection, less than three years after it opened, and has overseen the continued growth and success of several subjects at Key Stage 4 and 5. Morgan is a firm believer that academic excellence is achieved through a combination of outstanding teaching and outstanding pastoral care. 

He became an Assistant Director of Standards for Middlesex Learning Trust in 2022, providing support to Trust schools on issues regarding data, systems, PR and marketing. He also has a keen interest in careers-related learning and supports the current Trust schools in developing their careers provision. 

Prior to teaching, Morgan trained as an accountant and worked within the financial services industry as a business and data analyst.
