Natalie joined The Compton School in 2019 as a Geography Teacher and is now Head of Department. Outside of her role, she is also a SCITT Mentor and SCITT Subject Lead for Geography, helping to build and deliver a training curriculum for trainee Geography Teachers by providing a subject specific lens to the latest pedagogy.  

For Middlesex Learning Trust, she acts as a Subject Specialist in Geography working collaboratively to support departments to ensure that they have a coherent and well-sequenced curriculum as well as providing strategies to help improve standards.

Prior to being a teacher, she worked in the private sector within the fashion industry for several years.
