A huge congratulations to Oumeyma and Adam who made it through to the semi finals of the Rotary Club's Future Chef competition. Oumeyma and Adam were challenged to create a 2 course meal with only a budget of £10! Adam made Kaffir lime leaf & yellow fish curry followed by pancakes and a berry compote. Oumeyma made a homemade flatbread with falafel, there was even a side of sweet potato wedges and handmade houmous, followed by shortbread with a lemon posset. All dishes were sublime and both students did their best against some tough competition.

Thank you to Park High School in Stanmore for hosting such a great event. We were even lucky enough to meet the Mayor and Mayoress of Barnet!
